As an intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across this exciting, innovative landscape. With the full support and resources of J.P. Morgan, you'll have what you need to succeed - from training and mentorship to engagement on challenging projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Familiarity with SRE disciplines and able to identify automation and TOIL removal opportunities;
• Accustomed with troubleshooting common applications, networking technologies and issues;
• Knowledge about container orchestration, public cloud environment (AWS) and automation technologies such as Terraform;
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, ECS, EKS, Lambda, SQS, Aurora, API Gateway, Glue, MSK and systems resilience and stability;
• Knowledge about tools like Jenkins, GitLab or Terraform;
• One or more general purpose programming languages: Java, Python or Terraform/ Ansible;
• System design, application development, testing and operational stability, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications include:

• Technology college students or from related areas;
• Graduation in December 2025 or later;
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team;
• Fluency in English.
