* Identify and engage with high potential affiliate ready influencers to drive their* Develop and execute influencer partnership strategies to leverage their reach and influence in
* Define and implement incentive plans and commission structures for influencer partners, ensuring
growth is achieved within established financial guardrails and budgetary constraints.
* Utilize an analytical approach to prioritize opportunities, assess business impact, and regularly
report progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
* Lead projects aimed at advancing best practice sharing, process refinement, and generating
innovative ideas for influencer marketing strategies.
*Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
*Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
*6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
*Influencer industry knowledge
