Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the transition of products from development into the sustainment phase, ensuring smooth operations and ongoing value creation during their run phase.

  • Operational Strategy: Define and execute strategies for the long-term operational success of mature products, identifying cost-effective solutions and optimizing resources for efficient maintenance.

  • Leadership Team Support: Serve as a strategic advisor to the CSE leadership team, focusing on improving organizational processes, cross-hub integration, and driving operational excellence.

  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, portfolio spending, workforce chargebacks, and T&E/L&D (Travel & Expenses/Learning & Development), ensuring accountability and alignment with business goals.

  • Resource Allocation: Manage workforce planning, ensuring that resources are distributed efficiently, particularly leveraging talent from cost-effective regions to meet operational needs.

  • Cross-Hub Integration: Enhance collaboration across IT tech centers, ensuring alignment in operations, strategy, and execution.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the organization’s operational processes and implement effective solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle stages, particularly the transition from active development to sustainment.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience supporting executive teams in driving organizational improvements and operational efficiencies.

  • Expertise in financial oversight, including budgeting, workforce chargebacks, portfolio management, and expense tracking.​ Experience working in global, distributed teams, with a focus on integrating multiple IT tech centers.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement practical solutions to improve processes and operations.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
