Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the transition of products from development into the sustainment phase, ensuring smooth operations and ongoing value creation during their run phase.
Operational Strategy: Define and execute strategies for the long-term operational success of mature products, identifying cost-effective solutions and optimizing resources for efficient maintenance.
Leadership Team Support: Serve as a strategic advisor to the CSE leadership team, focusing on improving organizational processes, cross-hub integration, and driving operational excellence.
Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, portfolio spending, workforce chargebacks, and T&E/L&D (Travel & Expenses/Learning & Development), ensuring accountability and alignment with business goals.
Resource Allocation: Manage workforce planning, ensuring that resources are distributed efficiently, particularly leveraging talent from cost-effective regions to meet operational needs.
Cross-Hub Integration: Enhance collaboration across IT tech centers, ensuring alignment in operations, strategy, and execution.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the organization’s operational processes and implement effective solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle stages, particularly the transition from active development to sustainment.
Strong leadership skills with experience supporting executive teams in driving organizational improvements and operational efficiencies.
Expertise in financial oversight, including budgeting, workforce chargebacks, portfolio management, and expense tracking. Experience working in global, distributed teams, with a focus on integrating multiple IT tech centers.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement practical solutions to improve processes and operations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
