We are seeking a world-class leader and operator to launch, grow and oversee a new global Influencer Affiliates program. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of this new channel, from strategy alignment, to capturing business requirements, to planning, delivery, and evaluation of performance against KPIs. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Comms, Brand Marketing, Creative, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to ensure that the program meets an exceptionally high bar for content delivery and quality, while also exceeding aggressive KPI targets.

In a typical week in this role, you will:

• Collaborate with Comms, agencies and local teams to source high-quality influencer prospects that meet pre-defined criteria.
• Review, approve and onboard new influencer partners into the program.
• In consultation with Comms and local country teams, develop marketing briefs for both evergreen and one-time influencer campaigns.
• Oversee a process to provide campaign briefs to influencers, review creative content and manage influencer relationships.
• Execute flawlessly against a deployment schedule of campaigns; report on results and recommend next steps on scaling.
• Own project management and cross-functional program and campaign development workflow with dedicated Comms, Brand Marketing, Creative, Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with Marketing Ops and Marketing Technology teams by having a deep understanding of our tech and tooling needs and working with operations to deliver solutions to fit unique needs.

• Conduct regular, extensive experimentation to facilitate rapid learning and application of any insights.
• Own comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of all relevant program KPIs and influence the build of the right dashboards to track and socialize performance.
• Present updates, findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners through decks and in-person presentations.

Your expertise:

We are seeking an exceptionally high performing team leader and tactical operator with the following skills and expertise:

• 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and/or related functions within a consumer-facing, fast-paced ecommerce company, with broad expertise in digital marketing and a proven track record of scaling and managing an influencer marketing program for one or more large, global consumer brands.
• Additional experience in social media marketing, partnerships, business development, affiliate marketing and product management are all pluses.
• Experience working with teams in different regions and a high-level understanding of regional growth opportunities.
• Deep understanding of the technical aspects of growth marketing: marketing tech stack and data pipelines, tracking, testing, analytics, etc. Should be extremely comfortable with Excel (functions, pivots, etc.), and proficient with writing and executing SQL queries.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Exceptional project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and processes and proactively chart clear and effective frameworks and processes to grow a new program.
• Strong fluency in financial metrics, with ability to create financial models and forecasts to drive analysis and go-forward business recommendations.

While the position is remote eligible, you will typically be expected to work on a schedule that is compatible with Airbnb HQ on US Pacific time (PST), with the ability to occasionally flex for Zoom meetings with international teams and partners.
