About the role:
You will establish
Affiliate Marketing:You will mange andoptimizeaffiliate marketing programs to drivenewcustomer acquisition and revenue growth.Identifyand onboard new affiliate partners,ensure partner compliance, andoptimizeperformanceto meet bookings and profitability goals.Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities toidentifynew opportunities.
& Operations:You will serve as strategic partnerwith team leadership in the development andimplementation ofcomprehensive growth marketing strategies alignedwith overall business goals.This will includecross functionalprograms withAnalytics,Productand other key stakeholders.
Budget Management:You will manage marketing budgets,allocateresources effectively, andoptimizeinvestmentsto maximize ROAS. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providingdailyinsights and recommendations for improvement.
You will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Data Analysis:You will utilizeprogramdata, engagement metricsanddetailedanalytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Develop and implement testing frameworks tooptimizelanding pageperformance, product mix, pricingand drive continuous improvement.
Marketing Technology: You will ensureutilizationof available Marketing Technology assets to targethighvalue customers and suppress exposure to existing customers.
About You:
You have 10+ years ofexperience in growth marketing, with a focus on affiliate marketing, partnerships, and performance marketing channels.
You have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including content integration, rewardssites and custom publisher programs.
You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
You have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You have the ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI effectively
You have a results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
