Key Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Creating and tracking purchase orders until they are delivered
- Monitoring of manual and digital purchase orders
- Understand Customer Needs
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3- 5 years of experience with Logistics Export Processes or Order Management
- Customer Experience
- Demonstrable experience of structured analysis, process modelling and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency
- SAP, ORACLE, knowledge.

- Knowledge of eLearning course applications, including Lector, Articulate and more
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
