  • This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
  • This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 2+ years of experiencedesigning,buildingand/oroperatinghigh performance, scalableIndustrialIoT-centrictelemetrysystems and/orservices
  • 2+ yearsof experienceindata center or other criticalinfrastructure includingpower, cooling, physical networks, technical operations, and/orbuilding management systems (BAS, EPMS, SCADA)


Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience inIndustrial Process Control,Critical Environment Automation,orITService Managementplatformsincludingservice improvement,incident managementand/orroot cause analysis
  • Demonstrated ability toeffectivelypresent informationand influencepeer teams
  • Proficiencyinprioritization, resource planning,budgetingand contracting in a small team environment
  • Proficiencyin enterprise office applications for creation of processes, schedules,reports,
  • Fundamental understanding ofenterprisesoftwareand cloudarchitecturesincluding Azure IoT,database query languages,networkprotocols,otherIoTplatform networks,protocolsand services (MQTT, EventHub,OPC-UA, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience inHigh Speed Telematic systemsand/or networks
  • Demonstrated experience incommercialsoftware/product development
