You will be part of Global Service logistics, supporting both Logistic Operations & Inventory Control teams. Apart from working closely with Global Logistic Operation Manager, you will becollaborating/mentoringtwo team members, in achieving day to day tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all current inventory controls are fully compliant with group controller's policy & audit-board requirements.
  • Ensuring identification of new control risks, remediation & reinforcing overall group's inventory controls.
  • Continuous progress in existing Inventory Control projects
    • Purge Reductions
    • IAP implementations
  • Central point of contact for all inventory control matters with our internal customers
    • Pivot with internal | external Auditors
    • Pivot with Global Finance
    • Pivot with all local | regional Logistic managers & team
    • Pivot with DHL & other warehouse teams
    • Others
  • Provide mentorship & training to Inventory Control Team Members
    • Especially in area of Excel Analytical & reporting
  • Collaborating with respective logistic (Regional/local) team on what are the risks & provide action plan to sustainability remediate the risks.
  • Remediate & provide action plan for any potential deficiencies / risk highlighted with control owners
Preferred Qualifications and experience:
  • Proven track record of leading a team in a finance or logistic & S.C operations, particularly inventory management.
  • Desirable Big 4 or internal auditor experience
  • Strong Business, risk Management, S.C & inventory control skill
  • Advanced MS – Office competencies especially in area of Excel, power-point & word documents
  • Knowledge ERP & Business Systems – SAP ECC | S/4HANA | MS Workflow
  • Experience in creating & using Power BI, power Automate, MS Visio
