This is a 2 year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) position.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. internal teams) and external partners (e.g., agencies, clients).
- Experience working with media and marketing measurement solutions and approaches, including Media Mix Modeling, incrementality studies and brand measurement.
- Experience collaborating with media agencies across various departments (including comms planning and strategy, AV, and digital teams).
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
- 4 years of experience working in the Consumer Packed Goods industry or product area.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in communications strategy and planning, media sales or brand management.
- Experience in a leadership role.
