COMPANY DESCRIPTION
In the role as a Business Processes Consultant, you will deliver high impact HCM services through the full customer life cycle. You will be the main customer point of contact and you will lead a group of consultants during execution of projects and engagements.
Expectation and Tasks
Your role involves, but is not limited to, delivery of business and technology advisory services within customer engagements. You are a good problem solver, a creative and innovative thinker and an excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks:
- Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers
- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
- Work together with a group of consultants, including Near Shore and Off Shore consultants on projects
- Organize yourself in a hybrid working model (3 days/week at the office)
- Travel to customers and SAP meetings as requested
Expected Skills
- 5 years of proven project experience of implementation of SAP Payroll.
- A good knowledge of Belgian and/or Dutch payroll localization is mandatory
- A proven experience in SAP Time Projects is an advantage
- Successful completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree OR relevant knowledge and experience gained in another way
- Project Implementation Experience of Employee Central is an advantage
- Technology oriented possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications
- Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn
- Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
- Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
- Expectation of minimum 5 years of experience within the HCM domain
- Certified and experienced in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Knowledge of Time Management and/or Employee Central Payroll is an advantage
- Knowledge and implementation experience of other SAP HCM products such as Fieldglass, Work Zone or Sales Performance Management will be seen as an advantage
Additional information
- Location – the role is part of the EMEA North Team and candidate can be located in any country within this region with a hybrid way-of-working model (3 days/week at the office). And the role will require some travel to customers.
- Language skills: English language fluency mandatory. Speaking Dutch/French is an advantage.
