Key job responsibilities
- Work Sunday through Thursday 7 am - 4 pm UK time. Participate in a rotation of on-call managers on during your working hours (and weekends as needed) for pre-live and live sites.
- Program manage personnel capacity and service delivery for launch, integration and change management schedules for small to large-scale (fleet-wide) projects, in accordance with maintenance schedules.
- Coach a worldwide team to adhere to specified SLAs and KPIs. Drive compliance to Amazon performance management requirements.
- Willing to roll your sleeves to recruit and train technicians.- Provide weekly, monthly or quarterly reports on demand to senior leadership and project stakeholders

- Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
- Experience with performance and stress testing methods and frameworks
- AWS, PMP, Six-Sigma or relevant certifications
