Job Overview

The Sales Development Executive (SDE) is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing departments through lead generation. This includes qualification of all inbound and outbound leads via the phone, social selling, web, email, corporate events and direct mail campaigns. The SDR is also responsible for event support and proactive lead generation. The Sales Development reps report to the SDR Manager.

What exactly will you do?

  • You will create new qualified opportunities for the Regional Sales Executives with whom you partner. This includes qualification of all inbound and outbound leads via the phone, social selling, email, corporate events and direct mail campaigns.
  • You will report to an SDR Manager who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one-to-one, as well as autonomy to allow you to run your business the way it works for you.
  • You own your territory as if you were running your own business. You’re driven to build knowledge of SAP Concur’s product offerings, competitors, and the outcomes our customers seek from our solutions.
  • You will confidently overcome objections and face the challenges that come with prospecting and calling head-on. You will effectively communicate Concur’s value propositions to key decision makers.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with sales and marketing teams through clear, confident communication. You will work professionally and effectively to build cross-functional partnerships.
  • You will achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, conversations of value, etc.).

  • You have 1-3 years’ experience with customer service, inbound and outbound tele sales, and market development activities.
  • Native in English and Swedish or Danish
  • Resilient and confident in overcoming objections and rejections.
  • Knowledge of social media tools and social selling.
