Ensure the implementation and adherence to retail best practices and processes in Mono stores.
Optimize store operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Enhance the overall shopping experience from back of house to front of house.
Performance Management:
Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, and providing constructive feedback.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Support Mono stores in implementing retail best practices and developing new ones.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure all operations comply with global retail standards while considering local market requirements.
Maintain alignment with Global and local standards and objectives.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
At least 6 years of work experience in Retail Operations in Global Brand
Oustanding communication & Negotiation skills, & Project Management Skills .
University degree or above
Advanced IT skills in Power BI, outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
