Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the transformation to a data-driven, analytics-forward organization.
- Drive proactive experimentation and measurement to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement strategies that leverage data science, AI, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Collaborate with BU leadership, analytics leads, IT, and CMBG partners to drive aligned outcomes.
- Manage a team of 4 FTEs and contractors, with the intent to grow the team over time.
- Provide insights and education on advanced techniques and ways of thinking.
- Influence and align analytics strategy with go-to-market plans, customer journey mapping, and value-based healthcare initiatives.
- Translate complex data into strategic, actionable insights that guide decision-making.
- Foster a data-driven culture across the organization, embedding analytics into strategic planning and daily execution.
- Communicate complex analytics in a clear, compelling manner to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced expertise in Data Science, Experimentation, Statistical Modeling, and Measurement.
- Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical tools.
- Proven success in using data to drive operational and commercial value.
- Experience in leading organizational transformation across technical, cultural, and operational dimensions.
- Ability to develop scalable, repeatable analytical solutions to complex problems.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on capability building and career development.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, including visual communication of insights using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Ability to influence analytical direction and priorities across BU & IT leadership, commercial, and digital marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in partnering with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, develop and align on a strategy, and implement solutions.
- Track record of challenging the status quo, fostering innovation, and implementing forward-thinking analytical solutions.
- Experience in leveraging AI to drive productivity, commercial value, and a self-service analytics environment.
