Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement consistent measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing spend effectiveness, customer lifetime value, and funnel performance in partnership with all brands within Intuit’s portfolio.
  • Partner with segment analytics teams to develop long-term model for measuring platform brand impact on business performance.
  • Oversee qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to deepen understanding of customers and market dynamics for Intuit brand, and develop actionable insights
  • Oversee brand health tracking for Intuit and QuickBooks brands, including creative testing (pre and in-flight) and measurement.
  • Drive analytics and executive reporting for communications efforts, including earned media, social channels, and internal communications, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lead analytics initiatives focused on educational outreach programs and related marketing efforts across multiple audience groups.
  • Integrate and leverage GenAI technologies to enhance research, data analysis, reporting efficiencies, and modeling capabilities across relevant workflows.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analytics and research professionals, fostering a culture of rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working at a strategic level in complex, fast-paced environments, while developing high-performig teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or related fields, preferably in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing measurement frameworks and advanced marketing analytics models with a strong understanding of full funnel KPIs across B2B and B2C business models
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker capable of translating complex data and research findings into clear and compelling business recommendations.
  • Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, and Analytics
  • Demonstrated leadership skills managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed environment.
  • Embodies extreme ownership, with bias towards execution and moving with velocity
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage GenAI systems (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Google Gemini, etc) in business workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Market Research, or a related field is preferred.
