Role and Responsibilities

The Samsung Traineeship Program is meant for ambitious young graduates who are looking to jump-start their career in a multinational and dynamic company. By taking on this position you will get the chance to experience on-the-job learning and training from highly experienced professionals in the field that you are interested in pursuing.

Throughout the duration of the traineeship you will join a 360° job rotation program that will allow you to experience the various activities of a sales department, from retail and product management to sales analytics.

• Have graduated or are soon graduating with business or marketing degree
• Communication & team-related skills
• English fluency: enabling you to easily collaborate with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
• Problem solving mindset and analytical skills: you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You’re able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers.
• Strive for customer satisfaction.
• Excel knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF, CHARTS) & a knack for database administration.
• Word and Power Point geekiness.
• Project management knowledge could be a plus.
