As a Vice President in PX Business Management, you will be in a highly visible position, supporting financial processes and reporting, partnering across the firm to develop financial management solutions, and presenting insights to senior management. You will lead a team, ensuring data integrity and driving process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support all financial processes and reporting, including actuals, budget, and forecast of financial and headcount metrics.
  • Partner across the firm to develop financial management solutions and drive transformational change.
  • Create and present information to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial activities and trends.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations.
  • Collaborate with P&A and Business Management teams to provide financial commentary and analysis.
  • Serve as a thought leader on the leadership team, identifying opportunities for process and reporting efficiencies.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage top talent; lead a team of 1+ direct reports.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Strong team leader and change agent; passionate about developing the Business Management function of the future, leveraging data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau).
  • 8 years of experience in a medium to large diverse organization in finance, strategy, or management consulting, with 5 years of management experience in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work across senior levels of the organization, including the CB CPO, CIO, and CFO, in a leadership role and drive change.
  • Strong judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, and work ethic; proactive and results-oriented, with the courage to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical skills; confidence with finance and accounting concepts and understanding of financial statements.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to synthesize financial information into concise, insightful, and actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance or a related discipline.
