Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Manages cross-product collaboration to support business needs across our Global Sales Platform cross product roadmaps.
  • Coordinates across Sales Platform, Business Intelligence, Client Data, AI teams to understand and manage dependencies, integration points, and risks/challenges.
  • Manages ongoing performance tracking against the Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for cross-product initiatives, working closely with product owners and area product owners to verify and communicate progress and results.
  • Facilitates the newly created Sales Platform Council governance forum, including constructing monthly agenda, tracking and reporting on progress of initiative, and accountable for delivery of decisions made and follow-ups.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with stakeholder marketing teams and Sales Platform Council members including representatives from sales, investment solutions, client service, and Finance & Business Management organizations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools or data management
  • Experience in Asset Management or Financial Services
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills and confidence to work directly with senior managers across Digital and Marketing organizations
  • Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a high pressure environment
  • Experience with sales platform (CRM)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Finance or Business
