Director - Commercial Excellence
Your primary responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
- Leadership and Talent Development:
- Provide visionary leadership to our team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Lead by example in embodying Honeywell's leadership behaviors
- Serve as a hands-on leader, offering support and guidance as necessary to ensure team cohesion and performance excellence.
- Transform our team into a high-performance unit, transitioning from analytics ownership to outcome-driven leadership. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment where team members are empowered to excel.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession plans to ensure a steady supply of top-tier talent. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
- Sales Excellence:
- Lead sales campaigns to meet or surpass Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets. Develop comprehensive strategies that leverage market insights and customer segmentation to drive revenue growth.
- Revitalize under-performing sales campaigns, identifying areas for growth and optimization. Conduct thorough analysis to identify root causes of under-performance and implement targeted interventions.
- Implement cutting-edge AI tools to streamline and enhance sales processes. Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize SFDC workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance customer engagement.
- Pricing Management:
- Oversee transactional pricing, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain pricing frameworks that balance profitability with market competitiveness, taking into account factors such as cost structure, customer value perception, and competitive landscape.
- Take ownership of pricing strategies for deals beyond the standard catalog, utilizing market insights and customer feedback. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop customized pricing solutions that meet the unique needs of key customers and drive value creation.
- Identify and address price and revenue leakages in collaboration with customer-facing teams. Conduct thorough analysis of contracts, and pricing data to identify opportunities for optimization and revenue enhancement. Implement robust discount controls and processes to minimize revenue leakage and ensure pricing integrity.

- Cultivate a world-class pricing team equipped with the skills and capabilities required for future success. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.

YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
• 15+ years of industry experience with extensive experience in commercial strategy, pricing, and sales operations,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
