You will work closely with the engineering team to architect and implement the core services that will form the backbone of the new accounting software. You will identify opportunities to leverage the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools, such as cloud computing, distributed systems, data processing, and real-time analytics, and collaborate with Principal Engineers and Senior Principal Engineers to review and validate the proposed technical solutions, offering your industry expertise and strategic insights.Cultivating strong working relationships with product managers, data engineers, accountants, and other key stakeholders, you will facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams, aligning on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines. Representing the technical team's interests, you will advocate for the resources and support needed to ensure the successful delivery of the program. Delivering impactful presentations and status updates to senior leadership, you will demonstrate the team's contributions and the project's overall impact on the organization.

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
