Your role and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational abilities with basic technical understanding of AI/ML concepts. This role provides an excellent foundation for career growth in technical project integration while developing expertise in emerging technologies. You will gain valuable experience in requirement gathering, customer communication, and project coordination within an innovative technical environment.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

· REQUIRED ON DAY 1: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance + Full Scope Polygraph

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

· Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and terminology

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies

Preferred technical and professional experience

· Basic understanding of AI/ML, specifically in natural language processing

· Familiarity with data processing and analytics

· Experience with ticket management systems

· Previous experience in a customer-facing role

· Knowledge of hardware/software integration concepts
