Lastly, as PMO Innovation Manager, you will have the chance to encourage a culture of innovation, fostering creativity, collaboration, and risk-taking across our organization. You will also lead portfolio management of innovation projects, establishing evaluation metrics to monitor the impact of implemented innovations.

Your key responsibilities

The PMO Innovation Manager will be accountable for driving and facilitating the successful development and implementation of innovative programs and processes. The incumbent will work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and implement new technologies, processes, and strategies that will enhance our project management capabilities and add value to our business operations.

• Define and drive the company's innovation strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and market trends.
• Identify, develop and implement innovative project management methodologies, tools and processes.
• Lead ideation sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creativity, collaboration, and risk-taking.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and competitor analysis to validate new ideas and ensure they are viable and competitive.
• Establish and oversee a portfolio of innovation projects, ensuring they are progressing on schedule and on budget.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of innovation initiatives.
• Monitor and measure the impact of implemented innovations, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Manage risks and issues associated with innovation, ensuring they are identified early and mitigated effectively.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Innovation, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, business transformation, or a similar innovation-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with innovation management techniques, such as design thinking, lean startup, and agile development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation.
• Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant technologies.
