Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Technical background or knowledge in engineering or hard services is a significant advantage.
Understand the business of Real Estate & Development in a dynamic multi-national environment.
Experience in building services and planned preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems delivery to meet compliance and operation requirements are essential.
Experience in project management.
