This role will include but not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in related field, e.g.: Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Technical background or knowledge in engineering or hard services is a significant advantage.
  • Understand the business of Real Estate & Development in a dynamic multi-national environment.
  • Experience in building services and planned preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems delivery to meet compliance and operation requirements are essential.
  • Experience in project management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good problem-solving and crisis management skill obtained through years of experience in troubleshooting building maintenance and management problems, and handling crisis situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver parallel work streams to deadlines.
  • Self starter and capable individual contributor.
  • Clear thinking with strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, able to meet tight deadlines with ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Ability to facilitate conversations with key stakeholders that build trust and understanding Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service focus.
  • Flexible working hours with 'can-do' work ethic.
