Work with Channel FP&As and GBS to operate and improve GCA omni-channel actual/forecast template, automate data consolidation, KPI scorecard creation and monthly RFC reporting package for management reviews
Participate as the market point of contact for global reporting standardization and system implementation projects including MFR, SAC planning and Trans4m etc
Coordinate wider finance team including Finance Ops, Inventory and Brand Finance teams to build a comprehensive forecast database with an ultimate goal to enable a one-stop service for all relevant financial forecast data
Drive continuous improvement on process automation, data integration and transparency
Serve as a back-up for GCA consolidation
Other tasks assigned by leaders.
System and Processes
Develop useful analysis and reporting tools for both global and market purposes, and continuously improve based on feedback from FP&A team and leaders
Work with GBS and Brand Finance team to complete/validate SAC and IBP submissions.

3~5 years working experience
Data management and analysis
Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
High degree of responsibility and personal integrity
Customer Service oriented with a can-do attitude
Fluent in English
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
