Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience with statistical data analysis.
5 years of experience with data mining, querying, and managing analytical projects.
5 years of people management experience.
3 years of experience developing and managing metrics or evaluating programs/products.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in identifying opportunities for business/product improvement, defining/measuring initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-product area teams.
Experience in e-commerce.
Experience in developing ML models, innovative methods, analysis, and approaches, as well as working with statistical and causal inference.
Experience working with Engineers and Product Managers around providing product insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis.
