Minimum qualifications:

- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience with statistical data analysis.
- 5 years of experience with data mining, querying, and managing analytical projects.
- 5 years of people management experience.
- 3 years of experience developing and managing metrics or evaluating programs/products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in identifying opportunities for business/product improvement, defining/measuring initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-product area teams.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Experience in developing ML models, innovative methods, analysis, and approaches, as well as working with statistical and causal inference.
- Experience working with Engineers and Product Managers around providing product insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis.
