Job Responsibilities
- Ensure bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly accurate and timely processing of 170,000 US employees payroll in all states in the USA
- Deep understanding of the Oracle HCM payroll flows and processes needed to complete both on and off cycle payrolls
- Strong understanding Oracle payroll elements and configuration
- Ability to review and reconcile payroll accurately
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement related to reconciliation and controls
- Ability to collaborate with different payroll functions to enable seamless payroll
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement related to reconciliation and controls
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience as a payroll analyst, SR analyst or team lead.
- Experience in more than one payroll function and/or systems
- Excellent understanding of payroll principles and Oracle HCM, with advanced knowledge in payroll reconciliation
- Strong business partnering & acumen.
- Strong decision support & problem-solving skills.
- Good Advanced Analytics and payroll modeling skills.
- Reporting knowledge
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience of working in Oracle Reporting tools such as OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Experience on Service Now and payroll query handling
- Knowledge of basic automations such as Power Query / Excel (Consulting/Deployment)
