Job Responsibilities

• Ensure bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly accurate and timely processing of 170,000 US employees payroll in all states in the USA
• Deep understanding of the Oracle HCM payroll flows and processes needed to complete both on and off cycle payrolls
• Strong understanding Oracle payroll elements and configuration
• Ability to review and reconcile payroll accurately
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement related to reconciliation and controls
• Ability to collaborate with different payroll functions to enable seamless payroll
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement related to reconciliation and controls

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 8+ years of experience as a payroll analyst, SR analyst or team lead.
• Experience in more than one payroll function and/or systems
• Excellent understanding of payroll principles and Oracle HCM, with advanced knowledge in payroll reconciliation
• Strong business partnering & acumen.
• Strong decision support & problem-solving skills.
• Good Advanced Analytics and payroll modeling skills.
• Reporting knowledge

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience of working in Oracle Reporting tools such as OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• Experience on Service Now and payroll query handling
• Knowledge of basic automations such as Power Query / Excel (Consulting/Deployment)
