Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Sales and negotiation experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience; OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) is required.
  • OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling cloud services to large/global customers.
  • Certification in Power platform fundamentals: PL-900.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Envision Industry-aligned, customer-centric solutions with Business Value Insights with a pursuit team of technically intense workload experts and partners resources to quantify and qualify end-to-end connected solution use cases expanding opportunity value across line of business BDMs.
  • Effectively turn prospects and qualified digital leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by engaging with customers across industries to fulfil their needs focused on the specific solution area you are driving.

Meet or Exceed Revenue Targets, Maintaining Sales Hygiene & Deal Excellence

  • Build pipe by leading with industry, using digital signals & insights to prospect, network, identify, engage & nurture with right BDMs, align & gain account team commitment, plug into cross solution sales motions.
  • Execute discipline in lead management, opportunity qualification, opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal commitment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement across both digital signals and opportunities.
  • Create and present territory/solution plans and results to management and use appropriate escalation techniques to stay on top of goals and objectives and deliver and Maintain Monthly and Quarterly Forecast.

Close Deals Through Effective Leadership and Technical Skills

  • Own Customer Sales Cycles end to end, leveraging appropriate resources to ensure customer satisfaction & deal success.
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions, technical product overview, and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios.

Work as One Microsoft

  • Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities and drive change based on insights.
  • Work in a collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment with field specialists, technical resources, and partner teams to deliver connected customer experiences and achieve outcomes with Microsoft's leading cloud technologies.

  • Leverage and scale through aligning early with priority co-sell partners and ISVs.
