ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Lead Risk Operation Analytics Efforts: Drive the design and execution of analytics that measure, monitor, and optimize risk operations for Payments, Payroll, and QuickBooks Capital. This includes understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring operational processes are efficient and effective.
- Develop Strategic Insights: Leverage data to uncover patterns, create actionable insights, and recommend improvements to operational processes in areas such as payment processing times, fraud mitigation, and overall risk performance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts focused on risk operation analytics. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and curiosity to ensure the team delivers impactful results.
- Operational Optimization: Partner with operations and product teams to assess business workflows related to risk management, provide recommendations for process improvements, and ensure customer-centric solutions that balance operational efficiency, protection, and customer experience.
- Enhance Data Capabilities: Oversee the creation of dashboards and self-service capabilities for monitoring risk KPIs, enabling stakeholders across the organization to make data-informed decisions.
- Deliver Customer-Focused Solutions: Analyze the customer lifecycle to identify pain points and opportunities to improve operational performance while delivering meaningful business outcomes.
- Shape Strategic Decisions: Present data-driven insights and strategies to senior leaders, influencing decisions that optimize risk operations and improve financial outcomes for both Intuit and its customers.
- Drive Innovation in Risk Operations: Constantly evaluate ways to modernize analytic methods, improve workflows, and adopt new tools or technologies that will enhance risk operations and customer impact
