Sales Back Office Internship

Your role:

• Support the Contract Management team in day-to-day operations, with a particular emphasis on tendering processes.

• Utilize SAP and other relevant tools to efficiently manage both standard and non-standard orders.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales personnel, Account Managers, and Marketing teams, to facilitate the preparation and submission of tender documents,

• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, implementing Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the SBO function.

You're the Right Fit if:

• A background in law, business, economics, or a related field would be a plus.

• You are fluent in Italian and communicative in English.

• You possess proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

• You have strong organizational and communication skills.

• You showcase a proactive mindset, multitasking abilities, and an openness to continuous learning.
