Distribution Account Manager drives the Distribution Motion, builds on strategy around helping develop B2B strategy for maximising Tier 2 reseller partner reach and build Cisco architecture platforms to grow bookings & revenue.
- Work with distributor to deliver Cisco Solutions and build a 2 Tier partner network that help them increase market reach and grow bookings and revenue
- Drive Service & Offer Creation, Sales enablement and service acceleration. Align offers to prioritize market segments that drive growth and value for Cisco & Partner.
- Demonstrate Distributor Development & Investment Program to increase capacity and growth. Develop technology practices, drive adoption of new technologies. Incubate, Accelerate & Scale.
- Build a GTM plan with the distributor for each segment & architecture and create pipeline and forecast management as per the defined metrics.
- Should have the ability to coordinate and collaborate with Cisco segment AM’s and SE’s for driving the and increase wallet share in respective patch.
- Developing a deeper understanding of the market and partner programs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with senior executives and business decision makers and have ability to influence them.
