You will:
Strategic Partnerships – Build and strengthen OEM partner relationships, aligning Dell’s solutions with their business models for long-term growth.
Sales & Business Growth – Identify, onboard, and support partners to drive demand, revenue, and seamless navigation of Dell’s OEM offerings.
Go-to-Market Execution – Lead joint strategies, marketing initiatives, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) opportunities with Intel to enhance competitiveness.
Technical & Commercial Enablement – Provide training, integration support, and collaborate with Sales Engineering to develop tailored OEM solutions.
Performance & Compliance – Monitor partner sales, conduct business reviews, refine growth strategies, and ensure adherence to Dell’s partner program policies.
Essential Requirements
8 to 12 years of related field sales experience
Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior level leadership and executives
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
