To succeed in this role, you need to share our value for our mission, culture, ethical sales, solving complex challenges and building sustainable partnerships with clients. You will also need to have experience:

  • 5+ Years proven track record of excellence in Solutions Sales for a SaaS-based company or similar technology.
  • Experience selling into the Public Sector (Government or Health) in Victoria is ideal but not essential.
  • This position requires verification of Australian Citizenship due to citizenship based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports federal, state and /or local Australian government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by law. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate’s citizenship will be verified with a valid passport.
Responsibilities
  • Thrive in an ever-changing environment, adapting quickly to new solutions and embracing change with a growth mindset.
  • Drive complex deals and influence new opportunities by engaging with key decision makers, understanding customer priorities, and articulating the value proposition of M365, including Copilot.
  • Drive solution sales best practices, crafting strategies that differentiate and challenge customers with creative solutions.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to guide Victoria Public Sector customers in transforming their employee experience with Modern Work solutions.
  • Accelerate opportunities with creative strategies and storytelling that address customer challenges, leveraging core team stakeholders and Partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Modern Work opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Lead conversations with business and IT decision makers, sharing best practices and competitor knowledge as a subject matter expert.
  • Deliver excellence in territory planning, business analysis, and forecasting.
  • Deliver results while embodying Microsoft values, treating others with fairness and respect.
  • Support team members in exceeding their potential, actively contributing to the team culture, fostering positivity, and sharing knowledge.
