To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- 5+ years of experience in forecasting, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and analytics.
- Experience working with Aviso and Salesforce or other forecasting tools (e.g. Clari, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Excellent data analysis skills, including strong proficiency in Excel to facilitate offline reporting.
- Excellent communication in English (highly proficient) and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior leadership.
- Ability to drive change management and lead technology adoption initiatives.
- Experience working in a global team environment and managing cross-regional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in supporting enablement programs, ensuring teams are well-equipped to utilize Aviso effectively and drive forecasting efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in IT Sales or Business Operations.
- Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue operations best practices.
- Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting solutions.
