Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • Forecast Process Ownership: Coordinate the Go To Market end-to-end forecast cadence using Aviso.
  • Management Support: Assist Sales leadership in building accurate forecast reporting.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Provide detailed forecast analysis and recommendations to optimize accuracy and predictability and to progress pipeline opportunities.
  • Technology Adoption & Enablement: Assist in the adoption of Aviso across teams, ensuring users understand its benefits and best practices.
  • Training & Coordination: Support enablement efforts, coordinating training sessions and resources to improve forecasting effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, finance (for revenue insight), the BMC Analytics team, and operations to ensure seamless integration of forecasting into broader business processes.
  • Use Case Development: Capture and create compelling use cases and success stories to drive mindshare and engagement across the organization – Leveraging the power of the tool in daily use.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in forecasting, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and analytics.
  • Experience working with Aviso and Salesforce or other forecasting tools (e.g. Clari, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including strong proficiency in Excel to facilitate offline reporting.
  • Excellent communication in English (highly proficient) and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Ability to drive change management and lead technology adoption initiatives.
  • Experience working in a global team environment and managing cross-regional initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting enablement programs, ensuring teams are well-equipped to utilize Aviso effectively and drive forecasting efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in IT Sales or Business Operations.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue operations best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting solutions.
