Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently, to work with external engagements with local officials, government agencies, union entities, and other key external partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for reporting.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
