Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently, to work with external engagements with local officials, government agencies, union entities, and other key external partners.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
Experience coaching and mentoring others.
Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for reporting.
