AI Enterprise Systems Platform Development Manager

for AI enterprise systems across Server and StorageYou will:

• Core Team Representative : Development Manager is the key role to represent platform engineering in the Core Team, collaborates with value chain including Program Manager, Product Management, Product Operation, Quality, Service and Supply Chain.

• Manage Development Efforts : Oversee and coordinate development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.

• Vendor and Technical Partner Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success.

• Schedule, budget and Quality : Lead and drive Engineering development to meet program schedule and quality goal within budget target

• Portfolio Mindset : You will drive solution and release readiness with a closed-loop focus on best practices across portfolios and business units.

• Business Acumen : Apply strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes to meet our customers’ needs.

• 12 to 15 years of related experience in a professional role
• Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability
• Solid understanding of business environment and competition
• Ability to manage, motivate and direct a cross functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations
• Solid interpersonal and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree
