As a part of the Technical Recruiting team, you will be recruiting for highly skilled and innovative talent. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be overseeing multiple organizations with various skillsets for Engineering teams. You will be supported by coordination partners enabling you to be a strategic talent business partner and provide world-class candidate experiences.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in scaling our team with top talent. You'll drive end-to-end hiring while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and a champion for an exceptional candidate experience.
Strategic Talent Partnering : Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, advise on best practices, and deliver data-driven, inclusive hiring strategies.
Candidate Experience & Pipeline Management : Ensure a high-quality, high-velocity hiring process that prioritizes candidate experience and keeps pipelines moving with precision and care.
Sourcing & Diversity Expertise : Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing methods, with a focus on engaging passive and underrepresented talent.
Operational Excellence : Own full-cycle recruiting operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and performance metrics that support continuous improvement and hiring success.
What do you need to bring:
Experienced Tech Recruiter: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, global environments (tech, eCommerce, or financial services), with deep expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Strong Communicator & Trusted Partner: Adept at building relationships across all levels, navigating complexity with tact, and influencing decisions through clear, strategic communication.
Agile & Process-Savvy: Thrives in dynamic settings—skilled at juggling priorities, learning new systems quickly, and driving efficiency through ATS and hiring process best practices.
