What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Recruiter you will play a key role in working with our hiring leaders in assigned functions across the company to develop recruiting strategies that will identify and attract brilliant talent to our team. You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results
Provide innovative approaches to help drive NVIDIA's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs.
Own the candidate recruiting lifecycle
Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
Report on recruitment activities
Drive recruiting initiatives and projects that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, or process improvements across the team
Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters as needed to drive initiatives and ensure smooth daily operations
What we need to see:
8 plus years in-house technical recruiting experience with proven experience and passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate experience, hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions with experience in HW/SW, AI, Deep Learning, or other engineering functions
Previous experience supervising or mentoring recruiters/sourcers is required
Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partners
Experience project handling recruiting projects, multiple searches and clients
Strong collaboration skills with ability to gain trust and inspire your hiring partners and team
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Good command of written and oral English
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Workday ATS / Eightfold experience a plus
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
