Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Applies broad knowledge and extensive experience to communicate with customers effectively for complex and diverse quality problems and collaborate with MFG operations team for FACA reports and share to customers.

  • Direct leadership responsibility for subordinates with clearly defined roles.

  • Reviews and approves work results conducted by subordinates

  • Performs complex analysis as well as ensures compliance with established quality principles.

  • Manages subordinates with clearly defined roles within functional disciplines, such as quality assurance, product quality control, in-coming quality control, Six Sigma, ISO, warranty analysis, etc.

  • Determines priorities and timetables, assigns resources/tasks, and provides performance feedback. Accountable for the activities and results of their subordinates

Job Qualifications:

  • English communication skill required.
  • Professional quality certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • Preferred: Degrees must be from an accredited university or college in the appropriate discipline.
