What You’ll Achieve:

As a Human Resources Intern, you will contribute to high-impact, execution-based work that supports strategic HR initiatives across the function. Whether embedded in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, or another HR team, you’ll help drive meaningful outcomes through hands-on project execution. You’ll gain exposure to how Human Resources supports business strategy, build your network, and strengthen your skillset as an HR practitioner.

You Will:

- Apply data literacy and people analytics to uncover insights and support evidence-based decision making

-Engage with HR technologies and automation tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes

- Actively participate in learning and development activities/sessions throughout the summer, including sessions focused on digital fluency, AI, and iterative thinking.

Essential Requirements:

- Ongoing MBA/Master’s student in Human Resources or related area of study(graduation date between March 2027-June 2027)

- Previous HR or relevant experience

- Strong drive for results and curiosity to explore new ways of working

- Ability to succeed and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Requirements:

- Experience with data analytics, visualization tools, or storytelling with data

- Familiarity with digital tools, AI Concepts, or HR technology platforms
