What You’ll Achieve:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will contribute to high-impact, execution-based work that supports key HR initiatives across the function. Whether supporting Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, or another HR team, you’ll gain practical experience in delivering meaningful outcomes. You’ll build your network, explore how Human Resources supports business strategy, and develop foundational skills in HR.
You Will:
- Work individually and collaboratively to support execution of key HR priorities related to your project(s)
- Apply data insights and storytelling to inform HR decisions
- Participate in human-centered design thinking to improve employee experience
- Explore HR technologies and tools to enhance process efficiency
- Build strategic partnerships across the business, applying change management and market awareness to influence and drive results
- Present recommendations and results to HR leaders, incorporating stakeholder feedback and business context
- Actively participate in learning and development sessions throughout the summer
Essential Requirements:
- Ongoing undergraduate student in Human Resources or related area of study (graduation date between March 2027-June 2027)
- Interest in HR or relevant experience (coursework, projects, or internships)
- Strong drive for results and willingness to learn
- Effective team player and contributor
- Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Desirable Requirements:
- Exposure to data analytics, visualization tools, or HR systems
- Interest in design thinking, process improvement, or digital tools
