As aWealth Management Operations – Project Manager
Job responsibilities
- Be involved in the planning, requirements gathering, management and execution of projects through a project plan and engagement of various functional groups (Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Business Management, Risk)
- Provide updates on the project status to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Operations teams to write business requirements for technology teams to implement the necessary changes to the operating model
- Plan and coordinate testing and regression testing of new functionality
- Perform sprit planning and retrospectives with the technology scrum teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or Operations in the Banking Industry
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement very large projects across multiple legal entities worldwide
- Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to execute on assignments independently and autonomously
- Outstanding team player with excellent communication skills, ability to work in collaboration building rapport with peers
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Highly analytical with organizational and prioritization skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Previous experience in Temenos
- Solid knowledge of investment products and their lifecycles including shares, bonds and Mutual Funds
