What you'll do

Working closely with the Global IEPS (Intelligent Enterprise and Platform Strategy) Team Operations area; supporting Consumption and Adoption efforts of BTP covering following aspects:
• Define and create cloud adoption and consumption journey
• Cross team collaboration with different Program owners
• Support with Operational aspects of day to day running business
• Provide assistance and support to CSM (Customer Success Managers) to identify Consumption opportunities
• Support with Data validation and follow up activities
• Set up Process to identify, track and bring consumption risks to closure

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferably with min. 1 year remaining in study
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Economics, Data Science, or equivalent
• Computer skills: Very good knowledge Microsoft Office Applications. General understanding of Business Applications, Cloud Computing, PaaS and SaaS Preferred
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: Independent working style; Organizational skills with ability to stick to follow up and maintain schedule; Project management experience
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service aptitude to support Stakeholders and Solution Area professionals
