Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Support:
- Assist in crafting clear, concise, and compelling product communications, including internal and external newsletters, presentations, and product materials.
- Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Asset Creation:
- Refine key enablement assets, including blogs, product briefs, and positioning presentations.
- Design and develop visual assets such as presentations, infographics, and product demos to support product launches and updates.
- Support the development of marketing materials and product collateral in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Project Support:
- Provide administrative support for product management projects, including tracking progress and deadlines.
- Help with coordination and execution of product-related events, such as webinars or focus groups.
- Support in creating high quality management reports and updates
What you bring
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Management, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other creation/publishing tools will be a value-add
