As the Product Incubation Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the business and GTM readiness of our newest and most exciting products. You will serve as the regional subject matter expert for our new products lines, hunting for potential incubation opportunities within new customers and our customer base. On top of that, you will build selling and delivery methodologies, and interact frequently with Check Point sales and products organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Incubation Opportunities:
  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with clients to introduce and advocate for our new solutions, aiming to accelerate their market readiness and adoption.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Participate actively throughout the product life cycle, from conception through to general availability, ensuring products meet market needs and expectations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including headquarters, to provide constructive feedback that drives further product development and refinement.
  • Market Promotion:Champion the success and market introduction of new products, closely monitoring product adoption and outcomes.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a technical role within the software/technology sector; startup experience is highly valued.
  • At least 2 years in sales or business development, with a focus on global enterprise accounts in the software/technology industry.

Core Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of web application and API security risks, such as those outlined in the OWASP Top 10, and experience with WAAP solutions to mitigate these threats.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and standards, including SSL/TLS, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud security, including familiarity with major cloud service platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security tools.
  • Experience with container and orchestration security, specifically in environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of authentication and access control mechanisms, including JWT, SAML, and OAuth.
  • Proficiency in logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to manage security incidents.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to analyze data and present insights to senior management.
  • Exceptional presentation and writing capabilities, adept at communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales, with a keen understanding of customer needs and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
