Job Description
As a Senior Omnichannel Marketing IT Consultant you will:
Navigate through and understand end to end Customer Engagement & Ecosystem product portfolio from technical as well as business perspective.
Be able to explain the benefits of the end-to-end ecosystem to stakeholders and translate the technicalities in an understandable way.
Lead conversations with various stakeholders to define their needs and support demand management and delivery of omnichannel marketing assets.
Document business requirements and process flows across multiple locations and teams.
Lead work stream and analysis and take responsibility for small deliveries when required.
Together with business partners map and plan omnichannel campaigns and ensure that they are executed in accordance with best practices and meet the client's expectations.
Monitor product adoption and utilization and together with the cross functional team align on the strategies to foster value realization of the digital marketing product portfolio.
Present insights and recommendations enabled by technical knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Facilitate trainings and workshops to educate others on omnichannel and digital marketing best practices.
Utilize omnichannel and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, web portals (WordPress VIP) and others.
Produce, maintain and communicate roadmap and delivery outlooks to stakeholders.
With the guidance of senior colleagues establish and apply new frameworks, blueprints and ways of working improvements.
Create and maintain blueprints, technical documentation for omnichannel marketing initiatives and keep up to date related repository.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
Mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance and support as needed.
What we need:
A university degree in technology, business, economics or a related field.
Good command of English (written as well as spoken).
A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas: IT advisory, project and/or product management, management consulting, marketing agency, campaign management, digital strategy, digital transformation or related fields.
Experience from global programs and projects delivering IT solutions, omnichannel/digital marketing technologies and customer engagement ecosystems.
Proven experience with business analyst role and/or delivery lead role and/or consulting role and/or marketing agency role and/or product owner or related role.
Proven experience with capturing and clarifying requirements and client needs.
Proven experience in implementing and establishing omnichannel channels ecosystems and digital capabilities.
Proven hands-on experience in executing omnichannel campaigns using one of those key capabilities such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress VIP, Workfront, Veeva CRM, Social Media capabilities or relevant equivalents.
Understanding the business processes and ability to capture them in an easy-to-follow way.
Proven experience with creation of blueprints, training materials, user guidance and technical documentation.
Ability to navigate matrix organizations and comfortable to deal with ambiguity, adaptability to changes, ability to understand complex solutions and wider business context.
Ability to quickly develop effective trust-based relationships, working closely with cross functional stakeholders across the business.
Highly developed communication skills, cultural awareness, and diversity-welcoming approach.
Understanding of agile methodology and product delivery lifecycle.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail, presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, trainings and workshops.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Consultant mindset, proactivity, and can-do attitude.

Understanding basics of business architecture and ability to capture the IT assets in a business architecture diagram.
Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally experience working with and setting up JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
Familiarity with demand management and prioritization.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web tracking technologies.
Familiarity with tagging best practices of various assets (web, content, campaigns, etc.).
