About The Position

Responsibilities

· Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of technology contracts, including software licensing, software as a service (SAAS), and non-disclosure agreements.

· Identify, assess, and provide legal advice on risks and issues arising within technology contracts, such as Intellectual property, privacy, information security, AI and others.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for contract review, negotiation, and management.

· Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline contract processes, improve efficiency and advance contractual engagements.

· Manage the contract legal lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, finance, compliance, product, engineering, and security, to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in law, business, or another relevant field.

· At least 5 years of experience in technology contracts management, preferably in a multinational company or similar fast paced environment.

· Proven track record of managing high-volume contracts with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Deep understanding of SAAS, software licensing, cloud services, data privacy, and security, and other technology related subjects.

· Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.

· Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

· Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce software.

· Fluency in English.
